Role & Responsibilities

  • Identify, screen and engage high‑caliber candidates across multiple industries using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and ATS platforms.
  • Conduct initial interviews, assess cultural fit and match candidates to client requirements with precision and speed.
  • Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process from job brief analysis to offer negotiation, ensuring 100% client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach, social selling and targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with account managers and hiring managers to refine role requirements and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Track metrics (time‑to‑fill, quality‑of‑hire, candidate experience) and report on performance using recruitment analytics tools.
