Position Description

  • Supporting the operational management of the assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops.
  • Checking administrative procedures of the assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops.
  • Keeping a close eye on the by PVH NL Head Office defined concept in assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops.
  • Monitoring KPI's of the assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops.
  • Organizing and providing trainings together with the assigned Store Managers and Sales Advisors.
  • Monitoring and managing all areas of store costs within the assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops.
  • Supporting on recruitment and coaching of employees as well as creating the schedules for the assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops.

Position Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a comparable manager's role.
  • Team player and leader.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Independent and proactive, result driven and accurate.
  • Effective time manager, prioritising skills and an excellent people manager.
  • Perfect social and communicative skills as well as leadership skills.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English language.
  • Fulltime position.
