Position Description
- Supporting the operational management of the assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops.
- Checking administrative procedures of the assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops.
- Keeping a close eye on the by PVH NL Head Office defined concept in assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops.
- Monitoring KPI's of the assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops.
- Organizing and providing trainings together with the assigned Store Managers and Sales Advisors.
- Monitoring and managing all areas of store costs within the assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops.
- Supporting on recruitment and coaching of employees as well as creating the schedules for the assigned TH & CK Shop-in-Shops.
Position Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in a comparable manager's role.
- Team player and leader.
- Analytical skills.
- Independent and proactive, result driven and accurate.
- Effective time manager, prioritising skills and an excellent people manager.
- Perfect social and communicative skills as well as leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and English language.
- Fulltime position.
