As an Applications Analyst for Certas Energy, you'll be working in a fast-paced, user-facing environment supporting and training business users with CODAS, CRM and other business applications. The role also involves scoping, prioritising and managing projects, maintaining relationships with external suppliers, and supporting the business with new build and CRM implementations.

Responsibilities:
- Support and train business users with CODAS, CRM and other applications.
- Scope, prioritise and manage projects provided by line manager.
- Maintain relationships with external software suppliers.
- Support the business with new build and CRM implementations, including roll out of Dynamics 365.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work as part of a team or alone in a professional, responsive and effective manner.
- Frequent travel to other UK locations when required.
- Comfortable personal style that allows welcoming into many non-technical functional areas while maintaining and gaining respect for technical abilities.
- Ability to build appropriate relationships with 'Super Users' within each functional area.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, to critically evaluate information and prioritise work according to business needs.
- Confidence in presenting technical and marketing information in a variety of mediums to internal customers.
- Capacity to work alone and unsupervised and prioritise work according to business needs.
- Excellent report-writing and analytical skills with good attention to detail.
