Responsibilities may include: Leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams Driving operational excellence and business performance Managing budgets and supporting sustainable growth Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement Creating positive and engaging customer experiences Supporting employee development and succession planning Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures and standards Working Pattern This is a full-time, on-site position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. As a visible leader, you'll play an important role in supporting your team, maintaining operational standards and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Due to the nature of the role, regular on-site presence is essential. About You You'll be a commercially minded leader with a passion for customer service and people development. We'd particularly like to hear from candidates who can demonstrate: Strong commercial awareness and business acumen Experience leading teams within customer-focused environments Budget management and operational leadership experience A track record of delivering excellent customer experiences Strong communication and relationship-building skills The ability to influence, motivate and develop others A proactive and solutions-focused approach A commitment to creating positive and inclusive team environments Experience gained within hospitality, retail, leisure, property, membership organisations, customer service or other service-led sectors would be advantageous.
