Are you a personable, hands-on individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are a well-established, family-run carpet and flooring business with a fantastic reputation built over many years - and we are looking for a reliable and friendly Sales Estimator to join our team!
Your duties and responsibilities:
- Welcoming and advising customers in our busy showroom
- Visiting customers' homes to measure and plan flooring installations
- Estimating and quoting for jobs in the showroom
- Preparing carpets and materials in the warehouse for fitting days
- Delivering carpets when required
- Handling customer payments and ensuring a smooth buying experience
- Occasionally working additional hours to cover team holidays or sickness
What We're Looking For:
- A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude
- Confidence with face-to-face sales and home visits
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A practical, hands-on approach with a willingness to get stuck in
