Words First is looking for motivated and enthusiastic graduate speech and language therapists to join our multi-disciplinary team consisting of Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Educational Psychologists and Play Therapists.
As a Words First Occupational Therapist you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students ranging from primary-aged to 16+, in both mainstream and specialist school settings.
You will be responsible for providing assessments, therapy sessions, teacher training and support to students who have communication difficulties.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build on your skills and experience in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate must have an HCPC-approved degree in occupational therapy and be registered or in the process of registering with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Experience working with a paediatric caseload in a school setting is preferred.
You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
