Words First is seeking amazing, self-motivated Occupational Therapists who are passionate about helping children access their education to join our rapidly growing MDT in London and the surrounding areas. When you join Words First, you are joining a team with a true "community feel". As a Words First Developing Specialist OT, you will plan and deliver a student centred occupational therapy service to a personal caseload of children with a diverse range of needs across mainstream primary, secondary and specialist provisions, catering to universal, targeted and specialist levels. You will spend 5 days a week in schools, supporting between 1 and 5 schools within a reasonable commute from your location. At Words First we take supervision and mentoring very seriously and you will have access to highly skilled professionals to support you and ensure you have all the tools needed to flourish in your role. We provide training, comprehensive on-boarding and are committed to the ongoing professional development of our therapists.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • Full HCPC registration or be in the process of registration
  • DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) Check
