We’re growing our team at Words First and are looking for passionate Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists to join us in schools across London. At Words First, therapists are part of a genuinely collaborative interdisciplinary community where clinical excellence, mentorship, and relationships matter. Our therapists work closely with schools, families, and each other to create practical, impactful support for children and young people with SEND. We work across a range of education settings including mainstream schools, specialist provisions, ARPs, SEMH settings, and post-16 environments.
