Are you an Occupational Therapist who's passionate about helping children and young people reach their full potential? Whether you're newly qualified or experienced, Words First has an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic, multidisciplinary team. At Words First, you'll be part of a thriving community of Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Educational Psychologists, and Play Therapists working collaboratively across London schools and colleges. Our OTs support children and young people aged 4 to 25 to participate fully in learning and daily life by developing their sensory, motor, and functional skills.

What You'll Do:

  • Work across mainstream schools, special schools, and colleges supporting children and young people with a range of needs.
  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based assessment and intervention.
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and families to create inclusive learning environments.
  • Provide training and guidance to education staff to help them embed OT strategies into daily routines.
  • Be part of an MDT that values creativity, teamwork, and connection.
