At Words First, you’ll be part of a thriving community of Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Educational Psychologists, and Play Therapists working collaboratively across London schools and colleges. Our OTs support children and young people aged 4 to 25 to participate fully in learning and daily life by developing their sensory, motor, and functional skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Work across mainstream schools, special schools, and colleges supporting children and young people with a range of needs.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based assessment and intervention.
- Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and families to create inclusive learning environments.
- Provide training and guidance to education staff to help them embed OT strategies into daily routines.
- Be part of an MDT that values creativity, teamwork, and connection.
