Your first mission will be to partner with our team to architect the winning strategy and pitch that will unlock this engagement. We\'re looking for an expert who understands that Reddit advertising is more about joining a conversation than interrupting one.
This is a role for a true owner—someone who thrives in a high-trust, autonomous environment. As our go-to Reddit specialist, you will be the architect of the strategy, the guide for the client, and the expert who executes the campaigns that prove the channel\'s value.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and present strategic pitch materials that showcase an expert-level approach to Reddit Ads for engaging passionate fan communities.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify, vet, and prioritize relevant subreddits, defining a clear community targeting strategy for entertainment and gaming brands.
- Build, launch, and manage Reddit Ad campaigns focused on driving traffic and viewership to streaming channel destinations, optimizing for performance based on real-time data.
- Report on campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to the client and collaborating with the internal Wordbank Digital Team.
Requirements:
- Multiple years of hands-on experience devising strategy and executing campaigns on Reddit Ads.
- A deep understanding of subreddit and community targeting, with a proven process for identifying and vetting relevant communities.
- Agency or Freelance experience working directly with and presenting to clients.
- Knowledge of Reddit creative best practices and an understanding of how to generate ad creative that feels native to the platform.
- Experience with clients in the entertainment & streaming space.
- Experience with Reddit Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Experience running Amazon Ads campaigns for TVOD (Prime Video)
Hours commitment: Initial engagement will be on an ad hoc, project basis to support strategic client development. Upon a successful pitch and agreed client scope, this role would expand to a monthly retainer with guaranteed hours.
Payment: We settle invoices through Wise or by bank transfer at the end of month following the month of the invoice.
