We are currently seeking skilled, passionate, and reliable interpreters to provide face-to-face language support for individuals with limited English proficiency.

What you'll be doing
- As a face-to-face interpreter, you will deliver vital language interpretation services to a range of organisations, particularly within the Health and Social Care sectors.
- Your assignments may include supporting individuals accessing services through the NHS, local councils, charities, and private businesses.
- You will play a key role in breaking down communication barriers, ensuring that every person has access to the services and support they need.
***Please note:This role involves regular travel within and around the Berkshire region.***
Slough, Reading, Ascot, Windsor, Maindenhead, Wokingham, Thatcham, Newbury, Camberley, Berkshire

- Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent communication skillsin both English and additionallanguage
- Strong organisational abilitieswith the capacity to manage multiple assignments
- Professionalism and enthusiasm, with a respectful and empathetic approach
- Confidence interpretingacross various environments (medical, social care, and community-based settings)
- Enhanced DBS Certificate(Child and Adult Workforce, with both Barred Lists) If you do not already hold one, we can assist you in completing your DBS application
- Eligibility for self-employment in the UK
- ***Please note: This is aself-employed position, and you’ll be responsible for your own tax registration with HMRC.***
