Main Purpose of Job
We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and persuasive Bookings Coordinator to manage booking requests for clients by securing the appropriate subcontracted interpreter. Responsibilities and Duties
- Actively secure availability from freelance interpreters to fulfil client requests.
- Make informed decisions to ensure bookings are completed within budget while preserving profit margins.
- Negotiate interpreter rates when needed to align with established pricing structures.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with both linguists and clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and interpreters, setting clear expectations.
- Efficiently manage urgent or last-minute booking requests, ensuring a timely solution.
