Join Our Team
We are seeking a dynamic Creative & Media Partnerships Lead to drive the development of high-value media partnerships, pitch our creative solutions, secure new business, and foster strong, long-term client relationships across brands and agencies.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in online media partnerships, content creation and business development.
- A proven track record of securing and delivering high-ticket brand and agency creative work and partnerships.
- Exceptional pitching skills with the ability to creatively tailor ideas to client requests and needs.
- Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the evolved and evolving media and creative landscape.
- Experience managing and growing key accounts with a long-term relationship focus.
- Experience in the creation of creative treatments, storyboards and management of scripts.
- Confidence using tools like Keynote, Google Suite, and Canva for impactful proposals.
- The ability to translate audience insights into compelling creative and partnership opportunities.
- A collaborative mindset to work closely with creative, strategy, and production teams.
- A passion for connecting brands with underrepresented and youth audiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Pitching, winning, and delivering multi-channel media partnerships across brands and/or agencies.
- Building and owning client relationships, becoming a trusted partner and advisor.
- Developing creative partnership proposals (including media planning) that align client objectives with Word on the Curb’s unique offering.
- Driving revenue growth through identifying and capitalising on new opportunities.
- Collaborating across creative, production, and strategy teams to deliver best-in-class creative work.
- Representing Word on the Curb confidently at pitches, events, and networking opportunities.
