Work within agreed priorities, scope and time allocation set by Worcestershire FA as an external contractor.
Engage with national programme activity, online or face to face training and briefings to ensure programme priorities are met.
Work with Worcestershire FA to develop and service identified England Football Accredited Clubs to become Thriving Community Clubs.
Lead and conduct Club Development Reviews with identified TWO and THREE Star England Football Accredited Clubs.
Provide 1:1 dedicated Club guidance in line with agreed priorities, scope and time allocation ensuring clarity of expectations for the Club, consultant and Worcestershire FA.
Deliver workshops and events for TWO and THREE Star Accredited Clubs in Worcestershire.
Support clubs in creating actions that will ensure they progress against the Thriving Community Club framework, and help them create tactics to achieve specific outcomes within personalised development plans.
Ensure impact is monitored and evaluated, providing agreed updates to Worcestershire FA in line with programme expectations.
Act as an ambassador for the Club Consultant programme.
Contribute to Worcestershire FA’s delivery of an effective safeguarding plan, including the Safeguarding Operating Standard.
Contribute to ensuring that safeguarding and equality are embedded throughout Worcestershire FA and within grassroots football by having an understanding of risks and responsibilities relating to activities.
Have an understanding of Health and Safety responsibilities and Risk Assessments relating to activities.
Have an understanding of GDPR, data security and data handling.
Undertake any reasonable request of the Association in the course of your work to meet Worcestershire FA’s changing priorities.
Comply with FA rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidance that are in place from time to time.
