Worcestershire County Cricket Club is seeking a part-time County Safeguarding and EDI Lead to support safeguarding policy development, training and EDI initiatives at Worcester County Cricket Ground.

The role is 20 hours per week, permanent, with a salary of £15,000–£18,000 DOE.

The successful candidate will work closely with HR, the Exec team, Board and external partners to ensure safeguarding and inclusion are embedded in all activities.
