We are looking for positive, motivated, customer-focused individuals with strong leadership and management skills and an enthusiasm for change, to lead the delivery of excellent library services across the Evesham Library Cluster. As manager of the Evesham Library Cluster your role will be to lead, manage and develop an integrated, flexible, empowered and motivated workforce across four service points that can respond quickly and effectively to changing community and service needs. You will also proactively build successful relationships with local community partners to develop services that encourage wider community participation in the library cluster. If you have substantial experience and proven ability managing the delivery of customer-facing services, leading and managing successful teams, influencing and managing change and finding creative solutions to service challenges, we would like to hear from you.
