Responsibilities include supporting the delivery of psychological services in early years settings, schools and educational settings. Engaging directly with children, young people and families through observations, consultations, and evidence‑based interventions. Working collaboratively with schools, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to break down barriers to learning and promote inclusion with a focus on Early Years settings. Contributing to psychological assessments, written reports, and data‑led evaluation of interventions. Playing an active role in research, development projects, and service improvement activities.
