Role – Care Contribution Assessment Team

Following successful internal promotion, we are delighted to be looking for a new team member to join our Care Contribution Assessment Team.

The team is responsible for processing referrals, completing Financial Assessments, and answering any queries around them. Accuracy and attention to detail is vital, as is the ability to follow and apply processes and legal requirements.

The team helps people during a difficult time, piecing together information to create a whole picture. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential because every team member speaks to adults who have care and support needs, their families, and adult social care colleagues every day.

Ideally our new team member will have knowledge of Adults Social Care, but of more importance to us is a willingness to learn, to improve service delivery, and a genuine desire to work to become another valued member of our knowledgeable and passionate team who helps deliver a service that makes a difference to the residents of Worcestershire every day.
