A fantastic opportunity has arisen for the role of Advanced Social Work Practitioner within the Wychavon Area Adult Social Work Team. This highly diverse role means no day is the same and the team takes great pride in its friendly and supportive environment. Located in the scenic Wychavon area covering Droitwich, Pershore, Evesham and surrounding localities, you will work alongside three ASWPs to manage the day‑to‑day operational duties of the Area Team.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Manage day‑to‑day operational duties of the Area Team, including supervision of up to three ASWPs.
- Provide expert, consultative support and share best practice in delivering a strengths‑based social work model.
- Safeguard and support adults of all ages, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Develop and advance your management skills whilst working closely with senior colleagues.
- Hold a professional social work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS) or equivalent certified by Social Work England.
