We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Support Worker to assist with adult services and health. You are committed to upholding Worcestershire County Council\’s values, including delivering high-quality customer service, fostering a can-do culture, and encouraging freedom within boundaries. You bring effective communication, both oral and written, and ideally have experience in residential or community care settings, a strong understanding of health and safety issues, and experience with care planning.

This role involves supporting adults with care and support needs, assisting with personal care and physical tasks, and helping with social interactions and activities. Responsibilities include completing domestic tasks related to routine service, reporting incidents, maintaining care plans, administering medication, attending meetings, and engaging in training and professional development.
