The Worcester Whitehouse Hotel is a 4 star, 84 bedroom hotel right in the heart of the historic city centre of Worcester. Built in the 16th century, this classic townhouse hotel is adjacent to Foregate Street train station and a short walk to many local attractions including the Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum. The hotel is perfectly located for both leisure and business guests, offering great conference and event facilities for up to 120 delegates, wedding facilities and a leisure club.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Team Member to provide excellent service across our Brasserie, bar, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly approach
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently
  • Ensure tables are clean, set, and presented to standard
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items
  • Process payments accurately using the POS system
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in service areas
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, or event service as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve minor issues promptly

Hours of Work:

  • Breakfast - Monday to Friday - 6.30am to 10.30am; Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays - 8.00am to 10.30am
  • Dinner - 3 - 4 hours between 6.00pm to 10.00pm
  • Bar - 5.00pm with latest finish @ 2.00am
