Worcester Students' Union is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Student Voice and Insight Coordinator to help ensure students shape every aspect of their university experience.
This is a rewarding role where you'll work directly with elected Student Officers, student representatives and University colleagues to strengthen student voice, support democratic engagement and turn student feedback into meaningful action.
About the role
You’ll play a central role in developing and delivering the Students' Union's representation and student insight activities. From recruiting and training Course and Department Representatives to analysing student feedback, supporting elections and helping Officers deliver impactful campaigns, no two days will be the same. You’ll be responsible for ensuring students’ opinions are heard, understood and acted upon, whilst helping to build an engaged and representative student community.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about student voice, representation and creating positive change and can build positive relationships with students, staff and external stakeholders. Experience within Higher Education, Students' Unions, charities or community engagement is desirable, but we're equally interested in candidates with transferable skills and a genuine passion for empowering others.
