Worcester Sixth Form College is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and flexible HR Administrator to join our busy team, providing high quality advice and essential administrative support within the HR section.
This is a full-time, full-year role (37 hours per week).
The successful candidate will assist with recruitment and onboarding, process payroll claims, maintain staff HR records, monitor absences and holidays, and provide guidance to staff, liaising with the HR Officer as required.
