We are looking for an experienced Part Time Sales Administrator to join our team. Working 8.00am to 1pm Monday to Friday with flexibility to work additional hours to cover holidays and sickness plus working 1 in 5 Saturdays on a rota. (For the first 8 weeks of training the working hours will be 6.30am to 12.00pm Monday to Friday as well as every Saturday).
Competitive hourly rate offered depending on experience and skill set.
The Ideal Candidate:
- An excellent telephone manner with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact with our customers
- Enthusiasm and being a great team player
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Good IT, listening and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work at a fast pace and sometimes work to deadlines
Working within the Customer Services team, you will be at the centre of Worcester Produce, dealing with calls and emails directly from our customers, placing their orders on the system, answering queries, and resolving problems to make sure we are delivering the best customer service and experience. You will also have an active role in stock control and stock purchasing and processing supplier invoices.
