This one year temporary position of Metal AM Technician will be responsible for maintaining two large scale metal additive manufacturing systems: VRC Gen III cold spray system, and Gefertec ARC405 wire arc DED system.
Compensation: $23/hr. This position is supported through external funding.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling routine maintenance
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Feedstock and processing material purchasing and inventory
- Training, safety inspections, and operation to meet the needs of the Cote Research Laboratory.
