Worcester Community Trust is seeking a dedicated lead for the Domestic Abuse Champions Project in partnership with West Mercia Women's Aid. The role focuses on developing trained community champions to act as safe first points of contact for disclosures and signposting to specialist services.
County-wide activities include:
- Recruiting and training champions
- Ensuring safeguarding
- Delivering modules on risk assessment, mental health and resilience
Regular travel across Worcester is required.
