Here at Worcester College, Oxford, we are looking for a PA to support the Bursars. Responsibilities will include managing diaries and organising events for the Finance and Estates Bursar and Home Bursar. The role will be the first point of contact within the Bursary and provide a full range of administrative support, including minute taking for Committees.

The successful candidate will have a high level of attention to detail, be confident in all aspects of administration and Microsoft packages, and have the ability to provide a professional PA service to the Bursars. Experience of administration, organisation skills, attention to detail and diary management is essential.
