Worcester City Council is seeking an experienced Maintenance Surveyor to join our busy Property Services team. This 12 months fixed term contract focuses on maintaining and improving our residential housing stock, ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and of high standard.
You will report to the Head of Property & Asset Management, manage a portfolio of properties, undertake inspections, diagnose defects, specify repairs, and oversee contractor works to deliver improvements.
