Role Overview: Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Corporate Health & Safety function, ensuring data and records are accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Health & Safety systems and databases
- Coordinate training programmes and manage related records
- Support accident and incident administration
- Produce written material to a high standard
- Engage positively with employees, managers and external contacts while maintaining confidentiality
- Prioritise tasks independently and support colleagues across the organisation to meet Health & Safety requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- IT literate with strong Microsoft 365 skills (spreadsheets, Forms, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining records
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
- Experience in a health & safety or administrative support role is desirable
