The predicted salary is between 24000 - 30000 £ per year.
We are expanding our team of rough sleeper support workers and are recruiting for two flexible, empathetic and assertive individuals to join us. They will have a positive attitude and be willing to work flexibly to meet the needs of the customer and the service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outreach support to individuals who are rough sleeping or vulnerably housed. Using a strengths-based approach, they will work proactively with a range of organisations to identify appropriate accommodation and support solutions for customers.
The post holder will be required to obtain an Enhanced Disclosure certificate, will hold a full and current UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for the role.
