MotorFair Hyundai is looking for an organised, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our busy team. You'll support our service department, retail customers and trade accounts, making sure parts are identified and supplied accurately and on time.
Salary: £28,000-£35,000 per year, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:30pm, plus Saturday on a rota, 8:30am-12:30pm
What you'll do
- Prepare parts in advance for service bookings.
- Manage retail and trade counter enquiries and sales.
- Supply technicians with the correct parts promptly.
- Check stock, place orders and process returns.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support departmental sales and profit margin targets.
What we're looking for
- Experience in a dealership or motor trade parts role.
- Confidence using dealer management systems; Keyloop experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- An organised, customer-focused approach.
