In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Training managers in the departmental development and maintenance of the college links program by taking control of marketing to the colleges/training providers and creating material to work in conjunction with our brand department.
  • Liaising with colleges/training providers to organise meetings.
  • Planning schedules for Product audits.
  • Attending meetings with colleges alongside Training managers.
  • Maintaining and controlling the College links mailbox.
  • Monitoring and controlling all college links contact on the Worcester website.
  • Supporting the assessment team in preparation of the assessment provisions.
  • Supporting the customer training team in preparation of courses material.
  • Managing the material flow of components to all Worcester Bosch and external training centres.
  • Supporting the training administration team with day-to-day tasks.

College Links is a large project ongoing within the Customer Training department, this will give you the opportunity to get involved in marketing and web design activities. This role operates on a hybrid model; there will be some requirement to work onsite however remote working is allowed. The exact arrangement will be agreed between you and your manager. There will also be the opportunity for a few weeks of the placement to support our Contact Centre, answering inbound phone calls. This will allow you to develop and enhance your communication skills for the future, focusing and interacting directly with the Bosch Customer base.

Qualifications:

Please note that to be eligible for this role, you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree - if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions.

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • Great communication skills, communicating politely and confidently with customers, colleagues and other internal departments.
  • Good attention to detail, decision making and organisational skills.
  • The ability to prioritise their workload.
  • Good initiative with the ability to work on their own and as part of a team.
  • Key IT skills/be computer literate.

Additional Information:

  • Contract Duration: 1 year.
  • Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.
