Our role in Product Management is to ensure the success of our products now and in the future. We must define, build, and deliver new products that will help the UK decarbonise heating and hot water in both domestic and non-domestic buildings. Our Product Managers are the CEOs of the Product – responsible for defining and executing the company's Product strategies (Price, Product, Place, Promotion).

Here's what you'll experience as a Product Management Intern:

  • Decoding the Market: Become our expert on what customers need and what competitors are doing. You'll dig into the data, benchmark everything, and find the opportunities others miss.
  • Building the Business Case: Transform insights into a powerful plan. You'll prove why the product idea is the right move for the business and for a greener UK.
  • Designing Launching Products: Go from concept to reality. You'll help define what the product does, how it works, what it costs, and how we'll launch it to the world.
  • Driving In-Market Success: Once a product is live, you'll manage its performance. You'll analyse its success, adjust its strategy, and make the calls on promotions, updates, and end-of-life decisions.

Essentially, you'll be at the centre of it all, collaborating with every team from Marketing and Sales to Engineering and Finance to bring world-class products to life.

Qualifications

Please note that to be eligible for this role, you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree - if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions. Our ideal candidate must have studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Economics, Product Design, Marketing, or Politics.

Additional Information

Expected Start Date: July. Please note that this date is advisory and can be flexible within reason.

Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00-16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.
