Join us for your placement year in summer. Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community. Working in the After Sales department, this is an opportunity to join the Fleet Field support team providing a wide range of administrative functions to our highly successful business.
With responsibility for circa 600 company vehicles, you will be working as part of a team in a busy environment that strives to deliver world class service and support to both our internal and external customers. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing general administrative support to the after sales area and where applicable the department and business
- Processing orders and despatching items to field service engineers
- Invoicing and processing of all fines
- Accurately track and report all Fleet related costs
- Facilitate the resolution of driver issues and requests
- Involvement in our project to transition our fleet of light commercial vehicles to alternative fuels in line with government legislation and our own internal sustainability targets
