Join us for your placement year in summer 2026! Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it’s like to work for a world‑renowned brand with a culture of support and community. The Planning team sits within the Service Department and is responsible for planning the workload of approximately 300 nationwide engineers who will conduct over 250,000 customer-facing jobs per year.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Key contact for 30-35 Bosch engineers (inbound & outbound calls)
  • Exception management of jobs booking outside of the day capacity
  • Responding to daily unplanned activities (engineer sickness, van issues, customer cancellations)
  • Complaint handling of customer issues
  • Ordering of spare parts within the agreed time

Qualifications: Please note that to be eligible for this role, you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree - if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions. Our ideal candidate must have:

  • Positive outlook with a can-do attitude

  • Geographical Knowledge (useful)
