Join us for your placement year in summer 2025! Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community. Reporting to the Aftersales Technology Transition Manager, the Intern position will be involved in all aspects of the work relating to the new electrification market of Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning, and related technology, and how we develop our strategy and processes in the Aftersales arena, including:

  • Develop and co-ordinate training and communication activities for process changes within the aftersales function.
  • Collate and analyse trends to deliver timely, relevant and accurate data to key stakeholders as required.
  • Support the mapping, development, and implementation of process improvements within the aftersales function.
  • Generate key business performance reports.
  • Liaise with external service providers.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure common goals recognised and achieved.
  • Using your initiative and can-do attitude to solve complex problems involving many different stakeholders.

Qualifications

Please note that to be eligible for this role, you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree – if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions. Our ideal candidate should:

  • Be computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and is ready to embrace new ways of working through digitalisation.
  • Have good organisation and planning skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Be able to adapt quickly to changing working environments.
  • Be hardworking with a good attention to detail and a quality mind-set.
  • Have the capability to work well in a team as well as independently, using own initiative.
  • Have the confidence to challenge and propose new ideas.
  • Prioritise and complete urgent tasks and longer-term project work.
  • Communicate confidently with people at all levels.
  • Bring fresh eyes and new ideas to existing ways of working and contribute to the culture of continuous improvement.

The following skills and attributes would be a bonus but aren’t essential to the role:

  • Full UK Driving License

Additional Information

Expected Start Date: July 2026

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Monday – Thursday 08.00 - 17.00 and Fridays 08.00 - 16.00 with a 1-hour unpaid lunchbreak.
