Job Description
Join us for your placement year in summer 2026. Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community. In our Contact Centre, we work with over 100 employees to ensure a good customer experience from the first point of contact. Customers will contact us through calls, emails and Live Chat throughout the year. Winter is our busiest period when we can receive up to 3000 calls a day. We are a great community which organise a lot of events throughout the year such as volunteer days, training days, overviews within the company and externally.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Helping to ensure the scheduling of our resource for our phones and emails
- Analysing call data
- Real time analytics and managing day-to-day operations
This is a paid internship, giving you the chance to gain valuable experience while contributing to the smooth running of our Contact Centre. Along with all of this, you will have the opportunity to get involved with our intern, social and eco committees as well as time to work on your own personal projects.
Qualifications
Please note that to be eligible for this role, you must be an undergraduate student seeking a placement year as part of your degree - if you do not meet these criteria please consider applying for other positions. Our ideal candidate must:
- Hold or be working towards a degree and be on track to achieve at least a 2:1.
- Be detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in forecasting, scheduling, and reporting.
- Have a strong work ethic and desire to learn and develop themselves.
Our ideal candidate should:
- Work well independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to completing tasks and supporting team members.
- Have strong organisation skills, able to manage schedules and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess good communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between all employees.
- Demonstrate interest in data analysis or workforce planning.
