We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Sustainability team as a Graduate! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who shares our values and wants to contribute to a more sustainable future. You'll help drive initiatives, reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable practices across the organization.
In this role, your main responsibilities will be:
- Research and analyse sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability principles into business operations
- Communicate to management and internally, through various channels
- Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and progress towards goals
- Create clarity around available information and sources to make it accessible
- Raising the level of awareness and education of sustainability topics within the business
Qualifications:
- Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science or related field
- Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience or internships in sustainability-related roles is a plus
Additional Information:

- Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break
