We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Sustainability team as a Graduate! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who shares our values and wants to contribute to a more sustainable future. You will help drive initiatives, reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable practices across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyse sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability principles into business operations
  • Communicate to management and internally, through various channels
  • Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and progress towards goals
  • Create clarity around available information and sources to make it accessible
  • Raise the level of awareness and education of sustainability topics within the business
Qualifications:
  • Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science or related field
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental conservation
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience or internships in sustainability-related roles is a plus
Additional Information:
  • Deadline for Applications: 3rd April 2026
  • Expected Start Date: April 2026 (Negotiable)
  • Contract Duration: 2 years
  • Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break
