We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Graduate! The sales graduate position is part of the Sales Operations Team, which provides support to the external sales team. In this role you will play a key role to support our external sales teams, working closely with the Complete Solutions and Multi Technology team, while also providing operational support to the Specification Operations team, particularly across activity related to the Partnership Hub.
This is a hands-on role for a graduate who enjoys collaborating with colleagues, supporting complex operations and building a broad understanding of how sales organisations deliver results.
In this role, you will:
- Support external sales teams with day to day operational and administrative activities
- Work closely with the Complete Solutions and Multi Technology team to help coordinate sales support activity across several external and internal teams
- Assist the Specification Operations team with operational tasks that support the Partnership Hub
- Support the coordination of partner, specification, and solution-based activity to ensure effective execution
- Help maintain accurate records, trackers, and reporting related to partnership and specification activity
- Act as a key liaison between sales, specification operations, and internal support teams
- Collaborate with Sales Operations colleagues to ensure reporting aligns with business objectives
Right To Work: please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK status for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.
What you need:
- A recent graduate in a commercial discipline with a strong interest in sales support, operations and commercial environments
- Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support different teams as required
- Keen to learn how sales and specification channels operate

Contract Duration: 2 years
Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.
