We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Analytics Graduate! The sales analytics graduate position is part of the Sales Operations Team, which provides support to the external sales team. In this role you will play a key role supporting our analytics team with data preparation and working closely with external sales teams to shape reporting and insight.
This is a hands‑on role for a graduate who enjoys analysing data, collaborating with colleagues and helping turn numbers into insight. In this role, you will:
- Support the preparation, validation, and structuring of sales data from multiple sources
- Assist the analytics team in producing standard and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and performance insights
- Work closely with external sales teams to understand reporting requirements and translate ideas into analytical outputs
- Support analysis of sales performance, trends, and opportunities across products, regions, and channels
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales reporting processes, tools, and data quality
- Support the analytics team in their mission to implement automation, AI, and Machine Learning
- Collaborate with Sales Operations colleagues to ensure reporting aligns with business objectives

What you need:
- A recent graduate in a numerate or analytical discipline (e.g. Business, Economics, Data, Engineering, Finance, STEM)
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Confidence working with data and spreadsheets; experience with CRM or BI tools is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and frontline sales colleagues
- Proactive, organised, and keen to learn in a commercial and operational environment

Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.
