Responsibilities
- Lead & Drive Exciting HR Projects: act as a key contact for HR projects, leading and driving next steps across topics such as culture & diversity, employee experience, external community support events, employment law topics and learning & development.
- Champion Employee Experience: provide essential support to the HR team (raising tickets, reporting platform issues, assisting with Employee Relations administration such as minute writing and letter generation). Support HR Partners with processes, administration and ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
- Master Data & Analytics: take ownership of data analysis, SAP reporting, and tracker management, with a focus on improving data accuracy and implementing report automation where possible.
- Internal HR Ambassador & Communicator: act as a Personal Relations ambassador for the HR department, supporting internal HR communications and promoting our work across the business; explore tools to profile our work externally.
- Learn & Grow: receive mentorship from experienced HR professionals who will guide your development, provide support and share knowledge.
Qualifications
- Right To Work: Please ensure you have valid Right To Work in the UK for the duration of the contract term. This is a 2-year fixed term role.
- Be a recent university graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or another related field.
- Have a genuine passion for people and a strong desire to build a career in HR; you understand the importance of creating a positive employee experience.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and build rapport.
- Have exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail; able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Have a proactive and inquisitive mindset; not afraid to ask questions, challenge the status quo respectfully, and suggest new ideas.
- Be a team player with a collaborative spirit; thrive in a supportive environment and work toward shared goals.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt as HR evolves.
Additional Information

- Working Hours: 39 hours per week – 08:00–17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00–16:00 Friday with a 1-hour unpaid lunchbreak
