We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our supply chain engineering team as a graduate! The Supply Chain Engineering department is responsible for designing and implementing efficient logistical processes to support new product introductions. It focuses on optimizing and automating existing operations while continuously developing and integrating innovative, scalable solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, systems, and digital tools to improve logistics performance and data visibility.
  • Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and safety throughout the end-to-end value stream.
  • Design and build interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Databricks and more.
  • Work independently or in a team to automate data collection and integration from various systems.

Qualifications:

  • Right to Work: You must have valid Right to Work in the UK for the duration of the contract. This is a 2‑year fixed‑term role.
  • Ability to work independently on tasks to proposed deadlines.
  • Ability to research and learn new skills required to fulfil the role, e.g. develop programming skills, learn new software.
  • Mindset to match data to real‑world applications and process accordingly to benefit the end user.
  • Propose use of new technologies within the organisation to automate data collection.
  • Confidence in dealing with a wide variety of people at different levels within the organisation.

Additional Information:

  • Deadline for Applications: 26/05/2026
  • Expected Start Date: ASAP (advisory and flexible within reason).
  • Contract Duration: 2 years
  • Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:00 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 – 16:00 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break.
