You will play a key role in supporting customers, merchants, stockists and internal teams with all aspects of order management and supply chain activities. You'll learn how to process customer orders accurately, track deliveries, resolve supply chain issues and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.

What You'll Do

  • Accurately process all customer purchase orders, electronically and manually with the support of digital tools.
  • Act as a key contact for supply chain enquiries (via phone, e-mail and Microsoft Teams) relating to part numbers, pricing, product availability, delivery status, product identification and basic compatibility.
  • Maintain first‑class phone availability with minimum customer waiting time.
  • Strive to achieve and maintain departmental KPI targets including call reachability of > 98.5% and >99% sales order accuracy.
