We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Manufacturing team as a Graduate Production Engineer. To support the development of the CyP Manufacturing facilities and productivity requirements. To develop and optimise the manufacturing processes of the CyP plant utilising a Continuous Improvement strategy through BPS (Bosch Production Systems). Continually driving and supporting a Quality culture throughout the manufacturing environment and ensuring that all new products and processes are introduced, on time, in an efficient and effective manner.

Qualifications

  • Qualified engineer (HND or above)
  • Knowledgeable in problem solving methodology e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Whys
  • Knowledgeable of Lean manufacturing techniques e.g. Pull system, Just-in-time, waste elimination
  • Engineering knowledge on manufacturing/assembly processes such as joining techniques, stamping process, copper pipe production, machining etc.
  • Project management skills - Microsoft Project knowledge is preferred
  • Innovation, openness to new ideas
  • Result oriented working style and ability to solve problems
  • Driven and works autonomously
  • Team working attitude
  • Excellent communication, influencing and coaching (mentoring) skills

Additional Information

  • Deadline for Applications: 11th March 2026
  • Expected Start Date: 20th July 2026
  • Working Hours: 39 hours per week – standard working pattern of 07:00 – 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break and 07:00 – 12:00 Friday
