We are seeking an inspirational teacher committed to high standards of behaviour and pastoral support to join the Trust in a Head of Year post.

We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified teacher to join a dynamic and supportive department. The successful candidate would be expected to have a passion for learning and teaching, together with the skills to inspire and motivate our students to achieve the very best they can and is dedicated to their own professional development.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Multi Academy Trust which has a fantastic team of teachers who are dedicated to supporting pupils to make great progress as well as working as a tightly knit team. The Trust puts a very high priority on meeting the professional development needs of its staff to enable them to progress within the Trust.

In this role you will work with an Assistant Head of Year, a team of form tutors and the wider pastoral team to ensure that the year group upholds the ethos and aims of the school. This will be through modelling a warm strict approach and driving the highest possible standards.
