This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting recruitment and HR administration across our Trust. You will coordinate the recruitment process from vacancy creation through to onboarding, ensuring an efficient and professional experience for candidates and managers while maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding compliance.
The successful candidate will support safer recruitment processes, maintain the Trust’s Single Central Register, manage HR records and employee data, monitor absence information, and provide high-quality administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
We are looking for someone who has strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information. You will need to be a confident user of Microsoft Office systems. Experience within education or knowledge of safeguarding requirements in schools would be advantageous, but not essential.
