Wooton & Bean has been a trusted name in Haywards Heath for over 11 years, known for delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our expanding team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients
- Handle remortgages, product transfers, and new mortgage applications and providing tailored protection solutions
- Conduct client appointments in person, virtually, or by phone
- Submit accurate, compliant applications with a “right-first-time” approach
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and professional partners
- Stay up to date with market trends and lender criteria
What We’re Looking For:
- CeMAP qualified with competent adviser status
- Proven experience in mortgage advising, including remortgages and product transfers as well as ensuring that these homeowners are financially resilient
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a client-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence (regular office attendance required)
What You’ll Get:
- Uncapped earnings with realistic OTE of £45,000 – £70,000+
- 20 days’ holiday + bank holidays (rising to 25 with service)
