Washroom Services Driver – Wooshologist – Andover, Hampshire

This is a full‑time permanent position.
What to Expect
Work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and overtime duties.
Hours are flexible based on daily service visits.

Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and install washroom products for a variety of customers on a daily basis.
- Follow a planned route using our software to deliver on time in a way that meets our high service standards.
- Keep the operations team updated on any issues or changes at the end of each day.
- Prioritise safety for yourself, your colleagues, your vehicle and equipment, and our customers.
- Represent Woosh positively by being presentable and communicating effectively.
- Manage multi‑drop run logistics and work collaboratively with other departments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Full UK Manual driving licence held for a minimum of 4 years, with no more than 6 penalty points (excluding DR, DD, CD, TT, IN, AC).
- Enhanced DBS check required.
- Ability to manage multiple drop runs and deliver excellent customer service.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the local area is desirable.
- Manual handling ability and willingness to use the technology and systems provided.

Full‑time, permanent.
Salary commences at £27,000 per year, with potential increases to £32,000‑£35,000 base plus overtime and bonus.
Located in Andover – commutable to the area is required.
